Mick Maynard announced on the Legacy Power Hour (Friday evenings on 790 am) that the February Legacy FC 10 card was taking shape. Here is what is done so far (according to MMA Junkie.com)
MAIN CARD (HDNet)
- Mike Bronzoulis vs. Eric Davila
- Pat Audinwood vs. Justin Reiswerg
- William “Bubba” Bush vs. Artenas Young
- Carson Beebe vs. Tim Snyder
- Jonathon Harris vs. Chidi Njokuani
- Rashon Lewis vs. Alex Morono
- Angel Huerta vs. Mike Sierra
- Lee Higgins vs. Lee King
- Jason Carter vs. Cody Phillips
- Ray Blodget vs. Rey Trujillo
- Jesus Mendez vs. Cody Williams
Some of those non-Houston based names should look very familiar to you.
Eric Davila (aka “Big Head”) is a striking stud and has fought for Shark Fights in the past and his last three wins are against Pete Spratt, Alex Cisne and Brock Larso. He dropped his most recent fight against Dave Menne at UWF 1.
Pat Audinwood (aka “Awesomely Awesome”) is a UFC vet with a 10-2-1 record. His last fight against Al Iaquintaat at Ring of Combat 38. Audinwood went 0-2 in the octagon, losing to Thiago Tavares at UFC 119 and John Makdesi at UFC 124.
Carson Beebe (aka “Little Juggernaut”) is perhaps best know for being the little brother of UFC vet Chase Beebe, but that doens’t mean he’s not a top level fighter. He’s 8-1 as a pro and is looking to make a name for himself and get out of his brothers shadow.
Speaking of Brothers…
Chidi Njokuani (aka “Chidi Bang Bang”) is the younger brother of UFC star Anthony Njokuani. The younger Njokuani is also looking to make a name for himself, and at 5-3 still has some room to grow.
All in all the card looks amazing. It will no doubt change, but this is a great start and looks to kick of 2012 with a bang for Legacy. It should be noted that many of these fights have not been officially signed yet, but verbal agreements are in place.
