Bravery and selflessness comes in many forms. Few acts, however, can compare to that of the men and women who sacrificed their lives while serving their country. In remembrance of the fallen, the Houston National Cemetery will be doing an “Avenue of Flags” for Veterans Day. This involves placing large flags along the roadway throughout the cemetery.
Many of us have family, friends or know individuals who currently serve or have served in the military. We think this would be a great opportunity to express our gratitude to all those who have served and especially for those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Though a solemn event, it is an occasion where the Houston MMA community can unite to assist an important cause.
We hope you can come out and join us.
