NO-GI GRAPPLING TOURNAMENT @ 4oz !!! June 11 !!!

4oz will be hosting a NO-GI submission only grappling tournament at our club on Sat June 11. We will have all weight classes and skill levels and the tournament will be a round robin format so you will get to grapple against everyone in your division. All championship matches and Absolute Division will take place in the cage!

the tournament will be this sat beginning at 9:30am

early weigh ins will be friday from 6-8pm and on sat morning from 7-9am

cost of the tournament will be $35 and that will be for your division and absolute plus it will be round robin so everybody will get plenty of mat time.

we plan on doing all of the advanced divisions in the cage and are going to use mma weight classes.

we will have beginners (approx 0-1 year), amateur (1-3 years) and pro (3+ years), all of these are approx, you know were you belong! if you sandbag and its obvious you WILL be called out on it !   cant wait for this event , see you all this weekend !
