What is my "record: +0/-0" and what are those [Win] [Loss] things?

Your Record is your wins and losses...it's basically your rep.  It lets you know how you and your fellow members are doing on the boards.  If you like something that somebody says or does, give 'em a win, by clicking on the [win].  If somebody says, does or post something stupid or something that you don't like or disagree with, give 'em a loss on their record by clicking on [loss].  For example, Rich had a problem with me saying I wasn't going to remove my pants so he gave me a loss...go figure.

I've given everyone that has joined so far their first win, just for joining, and plus you are all winners in my book  ;)


I've seen this work at some sights and not at others, so we are going to give it a try here, but if it gets out of hand and become an issue, we'll remove it.
