Im interested in the nogi portion of this here shenaniganery…will this seminar be oriented toward basics or blue belt and up techniques? Ive been to seminars before by great people that ended up catering to a very low denominator and while the experience was fun sometimes i haven’t left with many tools for the $$. lemme know!!
