Rd1:
Our announcer asking the crowd if they are ready for a biblical bathtub of bloodshed. Holy shit, literally! We are ready to fight here tonight!
Justin Ledet is all smiles as 1-0 Josh Foster walks into the cage. These light heavyweights are set to kick off the night’s action and it should be a good one as I hear they got into it at the weigh-ins.
Justin measuring as he stalks Foster. Foster rushes in for the takedown and gets the double-leg against the cage. Ledet with the sweep straight into mount a he looks to land punches. Foster regains half guard now and looks to stand. Meanwhile, Ledet briefly looks for a d’arce choke and now landing some blistering rib punches to Josh Foster. Ledet solidly in control of the action now despite the early takedown. Round ends with Ledet on top.
Rd2:
These guys come out swinging in round two!!! Knees, punches, and elbows land for both fighters and this is a WAR! Ledet touches Foster’s chin and looks to be getting the better of the trading and now takes Foster to the ground. Big elbows and punches from the top. He is punishing Foster as the downed fighter works to stand. Foster up now and digs for the takedown. He gets it and is landing knees from side control. Ledet reverses and now on top and going for a choke as the second round ends.
Rd3:
Foster looks for the takedown to start the round and he gets it, despite looking very tired. Ledet with solid defense as he is looking for the switch. Now gets the inverted triangle and Ledet taps! Great first fight of the night and a very impressive performance for Justin Ledet!
Winner:
At :58 of round 3, Justin Ledet wins via inverted-triangle over Josh Foster!

Rd1:
Fighters for the second bout of the night set to take the cage. Cypress Hill is blaring in the crowd. Excellent production value in the Verizon Wireless Theater as the fighters take the cage to lights and smoke.
Fighters touch gloves and here we go. Leg kicks to start the action by Fanning and Prince Ho charges in for the double leg. Kevin threatening with a guillotine attempt and reverses, now taking Ho down. He took him down. Pimps up, Ho’s down as Fanning landing vicious pimp-slappin’ punches from the top. They scramble to their feet and tussle against the cage. Fanning now takes the shorter fighter down against the cage and landing multiple punches from half guard. He’s postures high and could actually finish from this position. Prince getting punished as he works up to his feet and no hit with vicious knees. Fanning loses balance and Prince Ho jumps all over here as round one ends. Great start to bout number two!
Rd2:
These guys are fighting with reckless abandon! Prince Ho with the takedown and landing vicious elbows on his opponent right in front of me. Fanning with the reversal and landing punches of his own. Now in Prince’s full guard, Fanning swinging wide and connecting. Swung too wide though as Prince Ho swivels for a DEEP armbar from guard. Prince now winging punches from the bottom but at the expense of losing the submission attempt and position. Fanning reverses and now takes mount, raining down punches on the battered Ho. Repeated punches by Kevin as Ho covers up like Tina Turner. Now swinging back from the bottom and Fanning moves for the armbar. CLOSE as the round ends just as Fanning goes belly up. He was moments away from taking that arm home with him!
Rd3:
Fanning intense again to start round 2 with a takedown as he works to mount once more. Crowd yells as Kevin lays on the ground and pound. Prince swinging down from the bottom but it doesn’t seem to faze Fanning, who briefly grapevines his legs in mount before resuming the GNP against the cage. Prince Ho looks extremely tired on the bottom and is covering up. He turtles momentarily and now reverses as Fanning misses on the RNC attempt. Going for it again is Fanning with 10 seconds left and the fight ends. Fanning should take this one via unanimous decision.
Winner:
Kevin Fanning via unanimous decision over Prince Ho.

This fight includes a combined the percent of body fat. Seriously, if this was a mean-muggin’ contest, both guys would win the Wanderlei Silva award for intimidation.
These guys are swnging with EVERYTHING they have. Crowd screaming in almost ecstasy and these guys are trying to take each others head off. Brief action on the crowd and the guys are back to their feet. Lewis with HUGE hooks, downing Garcia. Now letting Bryan back up, Lewis is showing serious explosiveness in this fight. Now with a straight right down the pipe, Lewis knocks Garcia down, who is seriously hurt and covering up as Lewis unleashes an onslaught of punches. The referee steps in the halt the action at 2:07 of round one. TKO!

These fights tonight are getting better and better!
The bell rings and both fighters banging at a measured pace…. No longer than it takes me to type that and Gibson is down on the ground. OMG, blood is streaming and the fight is halted due to a broken nose!

Winner:
Josh Lee wins via broken nose :58 of round one over Kirk Gibson. I’d tell you what caused it but it was too quick to see. Wow!

I hear this Jeremy Morris (GSP’s cousin) is lights out quick from our TCD colleague Eric H. If he’s anywhere as quick as Hostetler says he is, Bigger could be in for a long night. I guess we’ll see momentarily.
Bigger with the first takedown on Morris after a brief feeling out process. Morris goes high guard and locks up a triangle! Going for the finish from the bottom but Morris needs to angle off to finish this. He sinks it even deeper and Jeremy Morris submits Rick Bigger.

Rd3:
Winner:
Jeremy Morris via triangle choke over Rick Bigger in 1:34 of round one!

Rd1:
The fighter clinch quickly but then separate and are trading. Both fighters looking for the one punch knock-out. Looks like Sullivan suffered a minor poke to the eye but the fight continues. This literally looks like a street fight or toughman contest. These fighters are just brawling with nothing too clean landing so far. Finally Jason Sullivan lands a takedown and is now mounted on Clissold against the cage. Sullivan is staying very low to hold the position and as a consequence, doesn’t really have the space to land anything too significant so far. Clissold reverses and lands some clean punches as the round ends.
Rd2:
Swinging with reckless abandon, that’s how I would describe the beginning of round 2. I have a feeling this one will come down to who gasses first but we shall see. The action goes to the ground as Sullivan is on top once more. Sullivan tried for a smother(?) choke attempt that really go anywhere before they got back to their feet. Sullivan with another takedown and now in side control. Side headlock employed by Sullivan and the round ends with Jason on top.
Rd3:
One-two connects for Jason as Clissold looks like he is tiring. Not too much punch packed in Jordan’s punches anymore as Sullivan takes him down. Clissord reverses and is mounted! Now alternating body punches and elbows and Sullivan now bloodied! He gives up his back and there is a lot of time left in the round. Jordan has his hooks in and Sullivan looks to be in trouble. Clissold briefly goes for the rear-naked choke but Sullivan protecting wisely but controlling an arm. The round ends very decisively in the favor of Jordan Clissold but is it enough to win the fight? I think this will go 29-28 in favor of Jason Sullivan, who frankly survived by the skin of his teeth. Both fighters very exhausted.
Winner:
Jason Sullivan over Jordan Clissold via 29-28 decision.

Rd1:
Crowe looking vicious with a bombardment of punches and kicks on Jared Taylor. Gamely covering up, Taylor stays in the fight and is telegraphing a high kick. Bloodied, Taylor now with the takedown attempt and he gets it. Crowe works back to his feet and the blood is FLOWING from Jard Taylor’s head. Referee Randy Hauer stops the action so the ringside physician can check the cut. The doctor allows the fight to continue and Crowe resumes his assault of knees and punches. This kid Taylor has heart as Crowe is really laying it on him as he covers up. Crowe with the late takedown to seal round 1.
Rd2:
These guys are fighting directly on top of our booth and I am scared to death blood will splatter onto me. OUCH! Crowe takes a huge knee to the jewels. They are so close by I think I might have heard his cup crack. Do you know how painful that sounds? I do, based on Crowe’s screams of agony. I think Taylor might face murder charges after this bout for killing a few of Crowe’s future children. RIP swimmers.
Crowe takes almost the full five. I understand.
We resume and Crower back with the double-leg right in front of our booth again. These guys smell a little like an old crumpled up gi in the back of a car. Crowe on top controlling a front headlock until the ref stands them up. Jared with a flying knee attempt but Crowe takes him down in mid-air. Mounted now, Taylor is covering up as Larry Crowe gives him some revenge for the aforementioned knee to the baby-makers. He’s hitting him like he owes him money as the round ends.
Rd3:
Fighters touch gloves to start round 3. Crowe times the duck-under takedown underneath Taylor’s punches and is now in his guard. The pace is finally slowing. Crowe passes into mount and holds Taylor down and they are stoood up. Against the fence now, Crowe works for the takedown and back in Taylor’s guard. Referee Randy Hauer wisely stands them up again to encourage the action as neither fighter threatening on the ground. Crowe with another takedown as the round ends. Both fighters are gassed.
Winner:
Larry Crowe over Jared Taylor via unanimous decision.

Classic striker versus grappler bout set to take place. Will we see McDowell take a limb home with him or another spectacular knockout by Antonio Flores?
Antonio looks intense! Brandon rushes across the cage but Antonio circles away and swinging with punches, taking McDowell down! He’s cut below his right eye and Antonio is swinging violently, raining down punches until referee Mark Calloy steps in to halt the bout at :26 of round 1.

Thanks Leigh Ann
I was pretty sure I didnt get KOd considering I was in the crowd… Good fight though. Congrats to Jeremy and Kevin from 646 mma way to represent the gym!
Yup, sorry about that, had the wrong name posted. It has been corrected.
What Happend With Lee Higgins ?
Lee’s opponent backed out the night before weigh-ins.
When and how do I get a video of the IXFA fight? Btw the knee to the body that I gave Larry was perfect. I know when I knee or kick somone in the groin because I have a lot of experience with it. Doesnt matter though, I should have beaten him regardless.
