With the weigh-ins over, it’s time to get down to bidness (yes…I know). Everybody made weight but one fight did not make. Eric Thompson’s opponent did not show up to weigh ins. Not sure why, but I think it was family or work related. Sucks for Eric, because nobody wants to train for nothing.
The biggest story of the day was the doctor being EARLY (I’ll let that soak in for a minute before I continue).
AWARDS
- Jose Martinez won the “Those are kind of cool, kind of creepy” award for his Polo speedos? Yup! He also won the skimpy drawers award.
- Nelson Rodriguez won the Underoos award for his Captain America boxers.
- Colin Wright won the “Don’t stare at my hair for very long or it will hypnotize you” award.
- Tony Orozco Jr. won the “You better hope it’s not cold or that you’ve been swimming” award for having to get buck naked to make weight.
